Yep true but when the charcoals get added to the mix tar gets produced but its still better then cigarettes problem is that the volume of smoke is muuuch bigger then with cigarettes but you only live once so I don’t care that much.

well anything thats not fresh air is bad for you but compared to fags Shisha isnt bad its smooth flavoured smoke filitered by water and also shisha tobacco contains 0.5% nicotine and 0% tar or u can buy non tobacco shisha molasses
